Pete Hegseth to Navy Seals: “Kill Them All”

About a week before Thanksgiving, eight Senate Democrats, all U.S. military veterans, released a joint video that inexplicably urged active-duty service personnel to “disobey illegal orders.”(1) They explained that their advice is spelled out in the Uniform Code of Military Justice, but did not explain which orders they were concerned about or who might have given such orders. The next day, a Washington Post article reported that the White House ignored legal advice about the “narco-terrorist” boat strikes they’ve been executing in the Caribbean since early September,(2) but this seemed like reporters were guessing what might be on the senators’ minds.  

Then one week later, the reason for the senators’ video became starkly apparent when the Washington Post broke another story that claimed that Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, during the first boat strike instance on September 2, 2025, ordered that no one should be left alive on the targeted boat. By happenstance, once the boat was hit and the smoke cleared, two survivors were spotted clinging to the wreckage. Navy Seals monitoring the action, seeing this and aware of their orders, fired a second missile that blew up the damaged boat and killed the two unidentified persons.(3)

That Pete Hegseth is again in trouble, and the timing of that trouble, is not news for anyone looking at the Defense Secretary’s situation via astrology. Back in March when Hegseth was in hot water for military orders he divulged in a group Signal chat, this ANS reporter noticed that Hegseth, whose complete birth data(4) is publicly available, was headed for even bigger trouble later this year.(5) Not only were transiting celestials aligning in problematic ways, but a technique astrologers use to see big trends, called “secondary progression” (in which the planetary pattern unfolding in the days after one’s birth, is interpreted as if days represent years) showed that Hegseth’s progressed Mercury (15 Cancer 12) would “stand still”(6) in an exact challenging square (90 degrees) with progressed Eris (15 Aries 12). This acute tension between Mercury, involved with communication and therefore pointing to something he said, and Eris, representing other people, usually people you don’t know and often don’t identify with, suggested an extreme situation where his words could directly and severely impact people he didn’t know. That fits the account of witnesses, that Hegseth not only directed a strike on the suspected drug boat, but insisted no one be left alive – a report he now refutes.(7) Additionally, his progressed Moon and Uranus (both at 21 Scorpio) were to exactly semisquare (45 degrees, a problematic position) progressed Mars (6 Libra), indicating a sudden (Uranus) emotionally charged (Moon) action (Mars) would backfire badly (semisquare).

Astrology presents us with a symbolic picture, so details aren’t known until actual events unfold. Considering the sensitivity of the September 2 incident, it apparently took months for its details to leak out. On November 28, transiting Mars (17 Sagittarius) opposed (180 degrees, something is revealed or confronts the individual) Hegseth’s Sun (16 Gemini), and Pluto (1 Aquarius) was sesquiquadrate (135 degrees, similar trouble as the semisquare) his Sun. Mars opposite his Sun shows this news blindsided and enraged him (Mars), with Pluto symbolizing his attempts to get control (Pluto) of the situation, the narrative at least, through denials. Those Democratic Senators who sought to warn Americans who might receive illegal orders, which is exactly what striking a damaged ship with survivors hanging on it for dear life entails, were ostensibly warning anyone and everyone up and down the chain of command. So those who followed Hegseth’s order as well as Hegseth, have possible legal exposure. It’s interesting to note, however, that when a moment in time causes a crisis, the astrological pattern often resembles the person most in charge of decisions made. On September 2, the Sun (10 Virgo) was conjunct dwarf planets Aya (9 Virgo) and Orcus (16 Virgo). That doesn’t resemble Pete Hegseth’s natal Sun setup, but it does look just like Donald Trump’s Sun (22 Gemini) conjunct Aya (21 Gemini) and Orcus (19 Gemini),(8) suggesting that he was the one instigating the unusual order to be sure to leave no civilian witnesses to any of these extra-judicial Caribbean boat strikes.

All planets including dwarf planets can appear to move retrograde, or backward in degrees as observed from Earth, due to the position of Earth sometimes moving faster than other bodies, so the other planets seem to drift backwards in the sky (Sun and Moon never appear to move retrograde). When a planet is about to change direction (either from direct motion to retrograde, or retrograde motion to direct) that body appears “stationary” or not moving in either direction for a period of time.
